They make sure that every single mould they create is spot on!
When we say "perfect," we mean that care was taken using them molds. This means every tiny aspect of the mold is exactly as the designer intends it to be. Moldie is very detail oriented, so he makes sure that every crevice of the mold, even the most minuscule cracks, is repaired. This gives the final product the beautiful finish it needs to look its absolute best. It takes a ton of skill creating a good plastic mold and the workers need a lot of patience!
If someone has a concept for a new toy or product, they can come to Moldie with that idea. What they do at Moldie is put in a lot of effort to create a physical product that anyone can use. They first build a 3D model of the product using specialized computer software. After obtaining the model, they can create a prototype using the 3D printer, a practice version of the product. If all looks fine and works well, then it is the time to move on to do the real plastic mold!
